Yukon Utilities Board Application Regarding a Minto Mine Power Purchase Agreement

In early 2007, Yukon Energy submitted to the Yukon Utilities Board a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the supply of electricity to the Minto mine. The full application can be found below. The Utilities Board rejected parts of the agreement, feeling that it placed too much risk on ratepayers.

Yukon Energy and Minto Explorations later re-negotiated and came up with a revised agreement, also found below, which the YUB approved.
