Part 3 Public Review of Carmacks-Stewart Project

In March 2007, the Yukon government deemed the Carmacks-Stewart Transmission Line project is a regulation project under Part 3 of the Public Utilities Act. As such, it asked the Yukon Utilities Board to carry out a review and report back to the Minister of Justice with recommendations no later than May 31, 2007. The Utilities Board did so and its recommendations can be found at the bottom of this page.
